Viktoria Paar is a chemistry and biology teacher at Stubenbastei, a secondary school in Vienna. Prior to entering education, she spent 13 years in the pharmaceutical industry, gaining extensive experience in scientific research and innovation. As a mother, she brings empathy and responsibility to her professional role. Viktoria is driven by intellectual curiosity and committed to fostering it in her students. Her goal is to support young people in discovering their individual paths while cultivating confidence, resilience, and optimism. Viktoria seeks to empower students to engage thoughtfully with a complex, digitally shaped world grounded in humanistic values and ethics in society today.
