Austrian School of Government (ASG)
Ursula Rosenbichler heads the Austrian School of Government (ASG), a key intermediary organisation operating at the interface between national and international administrations, educational and research institutions, and the public. Her work focuses in particular on the current dynamics of transformation within public administration and the resulting policy challenges.
A particular focus lies on the analysis and further development of governance mechanisms in policy areas and administrative units – ranging from evidence-based governance to expert-led governance – as well as the associated requirements for modern leadership. In teaching, research and consultancy, she focuses on issues of leadership and management, regulation, digitalisation and administrative development.
