Tünde Fülöp is a senior expert in artificial intelligence and digital law at the Office for Digital Agendas of the Vienna Chamber of Labour. Her work focuses on legal and policy aspects of digitalisation of the workplace, AI- and data governance, digital rights, and data protection.

Previously, she worked in research and consultancy and held various positions in the civil service, including as a legal adviser in the Constitutional Service of the Federal Chancellery and as head and deputy head of the International Law Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Tünde Fülöp has represented Austria in various EU bodies, served as a member of the Task Force on the Treaty of Lisbon, and acted as a legal representative before the European Court of Justice.

 With her many years of expertise at the intersection of technology, law and the world of work, she actively shapes the discourse on digital labour regulation and AI.
