TU Wien Informatics eduLAB
René Röpke is an Assistant Professor at TU Wien in the Faculty of Informatics, where he leads the Learning Technologies and eDidactics (LTeD) Research Lab and serves as Head of the TU Wien Informatics eduLAB. His research focuses on learning technologies, computer science education, and AI in education. Before joining TU Wien in 2024, he completed his PhD at RWTH Aachen University and earned his Bachelor’s and Masters’ degrees from TU Darmstadt. He is currently involved in a pioneering project in which a school subject on digital humanism and AI is introduced to K-10 to K-12 students at a school in Vienna.
