Renate Motschnig holds a double assignment as a Professor at the Faculty of Computer Science and the Centre for Teacher Education at the University of Vienna, Austria. She is author/co-author of more than 200 articles and three books on the Person-Centered Approach, the most recent being “Transforming Communication in Leadership and Teamwork.” Renate has a deep interest in the multiple ways in which thorough understanding and whole-person learning happen. She is determined to foster a style in higher education and management that is grounded in person-centred attitudes, our co-actualizing potential, and thoughtful support by technological innovations.
