Direction interministérielle du Numérique (DINUM)
Olivier Delteil is responsible for European programmes and partnerships at DINUM’s interministerial product operator.
Since 2021, he has carried out numerous assignments for the Interministerial Directorate for Digital Affairs, focusing on the opening and sharing of data and source code for the public good, as well as the simplification of government services.
He has also regularly served as an expert in the evaluation of innovative digital projects for the Cap Digital cluster and the European Commission.
He has developed strong expertise in digital business development within the media sector, leading projects at the intersection of content, technology, and new distribution models.
His experience includes designing and scaling digital strategies in rapidly evolving environments.
Olivier holds a Master’s degree in Information Science and is a graduate of the Institut Français de Presse (IFP). He also holds a degree from the International MBA program at Audencia Business School.
