Noah Oder is an AI Policy Expert at the OECD, where he analyses national AI strategies and sector-specific policies supporting the responsible adoption of AI in domains such as mobility and manufacturing. He also lectures on digitalisation and the future of work at the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna. Previously he worked at Mila – Quebec AI Institute, focusing on the intersection of AI and human rights, including collaborations with the UN and UNESCO. He combines hands-on experience in national, EU, and multilateral policy contexts to support human-centred and evidence-based AI governance.
