Dr. Daria Gritsenko is an Associate Professor in Digital Social Science at the Centre for Social Data Science at the University of Helsinki (Finland). She is an expert in mixed methods research, integrating computational social science with qualitative inquiry. Her latest work explores the digital transformation of state and society, framed by pressing sustainability challenges. Her research has garnered support from prestigious institutions, including the Research Council of Finland, NOS-HS, the Fulbright Foundation, and the European Research Council. In 2021, Dr. Gritsenko received the esteemed Nils Klim Prize “for her outstanding research contributions in the intersection of political science, environmental studies and digital humanities”.
