Please arrive on foot, by bike or with public transport.

Cinema ticket: How do I get it?

If you registered for a one-day or two-day conference pass and ticked the box, you will receive a complimentary cinema ticket. We will send out cinema tickets 1–2 weeks before the conference to your email address, please check your inbox and spam folder.

In case you will not be able to come, please let us know in a short message to info@dighum.wien.

Check-in

There will be check-in desks at the conference venue during the day. You will receive a badge with your name at check-in.

Please bring your conference pass with the QR code to scan (pirinted or on your phone), and your proof for reduction, where eligible.

There will be early check-in possible at the cinema on Wednesday night at the information desk. Please check in early to receive a free drink.Β 

  1. Check-in will be open from 08:00 at the conference venue (Thursday, Friday).
  2. Check-in will be possible at the cinema at the DigHum information desk from 18:00 (Wednesday).

Will there be recordings available?

Some sessions will be recorded and published on our YouTube channel. We will share the link once recordings are available.

Photo, video & audio

Please note that photo, audio and video recordings will be made during the event. By joining the conference, you consent to the recording and possible use of your presentation and contributions for documentation and promotional purposes. If you have any concerns, please contact the organisers in advance.
