Rafal Rohozinski is a recognised thought leader at the intersection of digital technologies, risk, conflict, and development. With over 30 years of experience, he has advised governments, international organisations, and global enterprises on cybersecurity, applied AI, and mitigating digital harms. He has held appointments and fellowships at the University of Cambridge, the Ford Foundation, the Centre for International Governance Innovation, and the International Institute for Strategic Studies. As founder of the SecDev Group and CEO of Zeropoint Security, Rafal has driven innovative approaches to cybersecurity and digital transformation. He co-authored the influential “GhostNet” report and contributed to the MIT Press book series, shaping global dialogue on digital risks.
